October 1, 2024
Legendary quarterback Tom Brady is set to offer items from his personal collection at a public auction for the first time later this year.
Sotheby's announced in a release on Tuesday that "The GOAT Collection: Watches & Treasures from Tom Brady" will be presented in New York on December 10.
In addition to a stunning collection of watches, Brady's final game-worn jersey from his college career at Michigan and his jersey when he ran the 40-yard dash at the 2000 NFL Combine will also be available.

"The auction celebrates Brady's rich and multifaceted life, offering a glimpse into a side of him that many fans might not know—one of an aesthete as well as an athlete," Sotheby's stated in the release.
Sotheby's noted that the NFL Combine jersey has an estimated value of $100,000-200,000, while the Michigan jersey is worth $300,000-500,000.
Other items available in the auction include Brady's wristband from the famed 28-3 comeback in Super Bowl LI against the Atlanta Falcons that gave him his fifth career championship ring. A game-worn Tampa Bay Buccaneers helmet from the 2021 season will also be up for auction.
"I've been so fortunate to have such an amazing journey in my career, and these watches and collectibles really capture those unforgettable moments and all the hard work behind them," Brady said in the release. "I'm excited to give fans and collectors a chance to own and cherish these special pieces from my journey just like I have. I hope they bring as much joy and inspiration to fans as they did for me!"
