ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Bleacher Report is hiring an Associate Designer for our Creative Services & Marketing team who will work cross-functionally to create and execute design-centric needs for various business units. This role will field requests from the sales, experiential, e-comm and marketing teams to deliver consistent visual branding/identity across programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrates taste and understanding in layout, typography and visual hierarchy

REQUIREMENTS:

Coordinator, Brand Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bleacher Report is hiring a Brand Marketing Coordinator who will work cross-functionally to assist and help execute the prioritization, development, launch and evolution of Bleacher Report’s brand marketing strategy. This role will have daily involvement with the product, content and talent marketing teams, and work with them to assist campaigns that drive brand growth. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be a part of the team responsible for ensuring Bleacher Report's premium and award-winning content, platforms and initiatives, both editorial and brand, are being maximized across channels. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with designers, product & brand marketing, analysts and insights team and other internal/external partners to execute marketing strategies across B/R tent pole and one-off initiatives
  • Assist with the creation of marketing strategies and decks, as well as campaign agency briefs
  • Execute the logistical process of Brand Marketing efforts, across talent, product and content efforts – inclusive of event activations, talent programs and travel, swag and e-commerce initiatives and more
  • Provide the B/R Brand Marketing team with up-to-date news and insights from relevant industries (including general marketing, influencer, content and product marketing, sports, digital, e-sports, gaming, entertainment, etc.)
  • Research & Grow Bleacher Report’s Influencer data base
  • Coordinate vendor set up and payment structures & processes
  • Assist in the maintenance and evolution of B/R’s app focused campus ambassador program
  • Help uncover ways to drive social communities within the B/R app, plus increase awareness and use of social features and grow overall app usage
  • Assist in media planning across Bleacher and Turner portfolio for marketing priorities, including gathering all creative assets and specs needed for asset placements
  • Assist in post-campaign internal reporting process, including collecting social screenshots, impressions, etc.
  • Help brainstorm physical and digital branding and design elements for various B/R events and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of applicable marketing experience
  • Exceptional project execution and a strong attention to detail  
  • Must possess business writing skills and the ability to create decks and internal and external presentations that are both beautifully designed and thoughtfully executed
  • An insatiable curiosity -- able to observe and identify patterns, trends and insights in the real world.
  • Low ego, understands personal success is directly linked to the team's success   
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working in a cross-functional team environment, maintain strong relationships with other departments to develop fluency in Bleacher Report’s voice as a cultural brand

Senior Manager, Integrated Strategy

What part will you play?  

As a Senior Manager on the B/R Integrated Strategy team, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing social media campaigns with advertising partners. Closely aligned to sales, this role extends across the entire sales lifecycle, encompassing both pre-sale and post-sale activities. 

What will you be doing?  

  • Leading and overseeing the RFP ideation process through submission and execution 
  • Acting as the senior member on the larger client strategy team – overseeing, managing, and developing a team of strategists
  • Developing creative solutions in the B/R voice that solve advertiser goals 
  • Partnering with assigned AEs to pitch, sell through and execute large scale campaigns that encompass digital, social, experiential and linear components
  • Working closely and meet regularly with assigned Account Executives and Planners for communication and updates on existing and potential partners
  • Clearly communicating advertiser goals, sharing insights and initiate brainstorm meetings with the content strategy team to develop custom programs that solve for client goals

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bleacher Report is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing who will work cross-functionally to lead the vision, definition, prioritization, development, launch and evolution of Bleacher Report’s influencer network and strategy. This role will gather requirements from organizational stakeholders, to grow, manage and optimize talent marketing relationships and campaigns. The Senior Manager, Talent Marketing will be responsible for ensuring Bleacher Report's network of influential community members are engaged, excited and energized to be a part of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the growth and expansion of B/R influencer network & strategy
  • Research and identify new members of the community as well as foster existing network relationships
  • Procure & leverage talent for all-encompassing brand, program and client promotional needs
  • Adapt and execute talent marketing plans to support B/R strategy in the US and abroad
  • Deep understanding of social platform analytics tools, understanding of how they work and ability to translate the output as related to impacting business strategies and marketing efforts
  • Supplement marketing strategies with targeted local influencer support during key consumption periods
  • Oversee partner identification, approval process, contract negotiations and execution of all talent marketing/influencer initiatives
  • Expert understanding of budgets, planning and impact against different influencer tiers
  • Identify and manage external agencies when needed
  • Cultivate and manage key influencer relationships
  • Analyze, report and share internally digital best practices as it relates to talent marketing initiatives
